3rd time is a charm?

This is my second pair, they are also being returned, because they do not work properly! The hearing aids themselves are very good, the box controller loses connectivity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I returned my first Audien hearing aids to upgrade to the Atom X. I'm so happy that I did! They're bigger, which I'm not thrilled about, but I love that I can control the audio, mode, and connect to some Bluetooth devices, including my phone. Onboarding was amazing. Myrose was very thorough, pleasant, and professional.
I would recommend this to a friend!
