I received these two weeks ago and was disappointed in the constant whistling noise. However, after speaking to Steven, he walked me through proper insertion and fitting I’m pleased with the outcome.

I was very happy when I purchased my Atom X hearing aids. They were working very well, and I was adjusting to having something in my ears. I was also having fun testing out the various volume levels and setting. Unfortunately after about a week I misplaced the charging case, so they don’t work any more. Audien doesn’t sell replacement cases, and I can’t afford to buy a new set of hearing aids. I spent my vacation money to buy the first pair. Maybe I’ll try it again next year.

Liking the Atom X so far

This is my first week with the Atom X and Stephen was helpful in addressing a couple of issues I was having. I previously wore a prescription over the ear hearing aid and I thought the adaption to the Atom X would be simple but I understand there is still a “get used to the new hearing aid” time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
