I bought my Atom X almost 2 months ago. My right one started cutting out in the 1st month. Two weeks ago it just died. Charlize went through the troubleshooting step but it still didn’t work. I have the protection plan so she will send me a mailing label to return my set. She offered a discount if I wanted to buy a backup set so I did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Despite some Feedback issues, Carlos Villamore Has been an excellent hearing specialist. I’ve had one video call another call today. He was so patient with me during both conversations. I felt really comfortable with him. He was professional and personal and knew the products very well. It is likely that That the issue lies with me after many attempts to get them to work properly. I have now upgraded to the over the ear hearing aids and should get them soon. Thanks everyone for their help and patience.

Great first pair of hearing aids!

I bought these Audien hearing aids as my first pair of hearing aids and they have been very easy to implement and use right out of the box! The sessions are helpful to explain how to "train your brain" to adjust to using the hearing aids and Arden Dy was very helpful explaining the best modes to use for my lifestyle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are having technical problems with the display on the Atom X box going off for one hearing aid or the other. The hearing aids appear to be working, however, you are unable to control the volume or mode. He helped us reset the box and gave us another reset to try if this one does not work. Great explanation. Hope this helps.
