Atom X hearing aid is Amazing... SO easy No app!

I just today received my Audien Atom X hearing aids. I used them most of the day today with positive feelings about them. I can't tell you how wonderful the touch pad screen on the case is! (instead of having to use an app, which is a downer for us older folks many of whom are not electronically-inclined LOL) Actually, this touch pad feature was one of the main reasons I chose the Atom X...so easy! I tried a few different ear domes and found the most comfortablel. I have tinnitus (and very little actual hearing loss,except to some high pitches) so the only thing that I have to get used to is the occlusion issue (which is not terrible with this model) but the sound of my own voice and the sound of my chewing is a little strange. I may be able to get a less occlusive (tulip-type dome on line that is compatible...hoping) and give that a try, but my overall feeling about this Atom X is very good. The sound is clear and normal timbre, and I especially like how the TV mode makes watching my favorite shows much more comfortable and easy to hear! My kudos to Audien, and thank-you Jana for your prompt and very helpful answer to my question regarding the occlusion issue. Joann

Easy to use and improvement in hearing

With the help of the Audience Hearing assistant, Chambers, my new hearing aids are so easy to use. He explained all the features included in the aids and now I know more and feel like the hearing aids will be an excellent help to hear soft speech and crowd conversations. I can adjust to hear close conversations as well as group conversations by adjusting the modes.

Trade in for upgrade. That's all I was trying to do. I don't see why I'm"required" to write down so many characters I would have just as well skipped this as I am a man of few words All i was doing was initiating a trade in for an upgrade is all and now i'm writing an essay.
