Wax guards

Excellent hearing aid. I’ve had problems removing the wax guards. John Paul was very professional and efficient in assessing the problem and working toward resolution.

Onboarding the Atom C

The Audien Atom X was a great purchase. So far the system has exceeded my expectation and offers a great price to value ratio.
As a bonus the video call with an audiologist was very well done. The operational overview heightened the effectiveness of the very well prepared manual that came with the Atom X
I highly recommend this product and think that it will work well for most individuals with a hearing loss.

As far as I experienced the sound quality of the hearing aids was very good, I could not use them for any extended period of time to really get used to them and fine tune them because I couldn’t keep one of them in my ear.keep one.
