The product is uncomfortable, interferes with my prescription glasses, and is very loud and echo-y which is why I wanted to have this appointment to figure out how to get the most from this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The menu is easy to follow with a touch pad.

I purchased the Atom X several days ago and have found them easily navigated through out all processes. The young lady was very professional, well spoken, and proceeded in an intelligent and easy pathway to understanding the manner in which to utilize all features of my new hearing aids. She was graceful and receptive to my questions, which she answered in a proficient manner. Very professional!

The call helped me out tremendously. Julian was able to clear up a few questions I had and help explain a couple issues I had. We also went over how to use the app, so I understand what I am looking for and how to make adjustments.
