The sound quality is good, noise reduction is better,the problem I have is it doesn't fit in my ears and keep switching off itself.

Awaiting my new aides

My experience with Badr was really good. I am 75 years old and very technically challenged. He was very patient with me as we tried to figure out how I could adjust the volume. We finally came to the conclusion that I needed to upgrade. I look forward to getting the new replacement aides. I have worn over the ear aides for many years
