Although I am still sick, I have been using the ear pieces and have adjusted well. Even though John was not able to give me his presentation, he was able to listen to me and make comments that were helpful. He gave me a phone number to call should I have further need down the road.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had my initial appointment with hearing specialist Alex Jover. He gave me some great tips as far as insertion, battery life and other features of my Adam X hearing aids. Explain the features of my hearing aids, knowledgeably and clearly, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Thanks, Alex for an informative appointment!

I purchased these a week ago and wasn't sure I really needed them. This video call made all my options very clear: how to set them, how to charge them, etc etc. I will test these for a good month now that I know all the ins-and-outs.

Can't wait to try Pro2

I have moderate to severe hearing loss. Every hearing aid company that I have tried came up short of what I needed not to hear but understand what I'm hearing.
Edlyn was very helpful with what I needed to do to try the Ion Pro2.
I received some cleaning instruments for the Atom X just this weekend and will be returning them in the same package.

I bought the Atom X, and although I was initially impressed, they would not stay connected to the case, have issues dropping Bluetooth streaming, and had an issue with the state of charge on one piece being about 85% of the other earpiece.
Otherwise I like the hearing aids, but find the problems above make them unusable.
