Great hearing aids without bluetooth

We purchased an Audien Atom X hearing aids for our father. We tried a couple of other hearing aids that did nit work well and were hard to adjust. The Audien X is great because it works and is easy to adjust without having to use bluetooth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wax guards

Atom X has been great but have never been able remove the wax guards. Recently I was not able to control the volume on one of the devices with the charger/case. The tech was able to resolve the volume control and set up an appointment for the wax guards.

Badr was excellent! One of the main issues I am having is the battery life not lasting more than 10'ish or so hours. Otherwise, things are going well. Hopefully with the things Badr had me do will help with that. I will keep him informed if the battery life is still an issue. Thank you Badr!
