I am happy with the hearing aids, I only had 1 concern than my hearing aids would go foo and then sometimes back on by themselves. It would only turn off 1 hearing aid at a time. Sometime it would be the left and sometime it would be the right. Chambers told me to try turning off my blue tooth and see if that helps.

I received the Ion 2 a week ago and the tutorial was very helpful, especially the background noise setting. This I missed before the call.

The connection between one hearing aid and the controller. Mahmoud Samir was so pleasant, he understood my problem, helped me attempt to resolve it, and when it would not resolve he facilitated the replacement of the whole system. VERY pleasant experience.

Great tutorial support!

I Bought these a while ago and read all of the supplied documentation and tried the Atom X hearing aids for a day. Very impressed with how well they work. Tried all the options and became familiar with the hearing aides.
I just finished my audio tutorial with Jasmine and she is an excellent support specialist. She explained perfectly how the Atom X hearing aids function and answered all my questions.
It will be nice doing business with your company while you have this kind of support. Well done.
