I purchased 2 sets of hearing aids a month ago and we were not happy with them. I just wanted to return but Hazel gave us a alternate type to try and are being shipped. Hazel was very excellent in her explanation of what type we really would need. I am glad we got to talk and meet with her. I think she is a great asset to your company.

l bought this a month ago and now got a chance to ask questions concerning this new upgrade. Mohamed did a great job answering my questions, particularly one on the ear dome. He also gave me a hint and tip that was not covered in the supplied materials. I think this will help me a lot.
