Great onboarding call with Rex!

I really appreciated the onboarding video call I had with Rex for my Atom One hearing aids. She gave me some helpful pointers for fitting and did a super job going over related info regarding the use and care of the hearing aids. Her explanations were very clear and especially helpful during the early adjustment period.

Nhele Allarse was my instructor, and he had encyclopedic knowledge of the Audien product line and hearing aids in general. He is articulate and patient. Given his target audience, those are important traits.
You should promote him.
