I like your charging case because it tells how charged your hearing aids are. Looking forward to smaller cap on right ear so it will fit tight

As a person who has never worn hearing aids, it was a bit intimidating to get started . But Charlize came to my rescue ! She had a lot of patience and thoughtfully guided me through getting started. I felt comfortable asking questions and she patiently answered.

He helped me answer my initial questions.
After my initial set of hearing aids did not work so well when they arrived yesterday I made sure they were charged up so we could answer some more questions he was great Thank you very much! I will follow up if I have more questions or issues that need to be resolved.
