Anya was so informative and pleasant and answered all my questions. I have just started using the hearing aids and am now looking forward to all the benefits… especially hearing my young grandkids. The tips on making the aids more comfortable were great too!

Follow up interview with Roy went very well. My concerns with the product were listened to and where worked to try and resolve them but we could not find a acceptable solution fir me.
