I received the hearing aids back in December. Since then my hearing has greatly improved. The aids are comfortable to wear for an extended period of time.

Works as advertised

These hearing aids are well built and seem to do exactly as advertised. My struggles come from years of wearing behind-the-ear hearing aids and needing smaller ear pieces. Audien is sending me a pair of smaller ones to correct the issue. If that doesn't work I'll be upgrading to the behind the ear model.

These are very comfortable devices. I forget I have them on. I mainly need them for conversation and they do a good job, thank you. Being able to engage with others keeps me healthy..

Should have purchased sooner!

I am so impressed with my hearing aid experience so far. I can't believe how well this new venture is going after only three days. I found out that I had hearing loss over 18 months ago and I was dreading the thought of wearing hearing aids. I can turn down the TV and understand what's being said! I look forward to hearing my grandchildren better when they visit. The ease of use and the multifunctional case are great and easy to understand.
