I found the call with Jeff Zuniga to be very helpful. He was very professional and encouraging. He answered my questions and gave me some good suggestions on which modes to use and eliminating whistling. It was a very worthwhile experience.

I thought I had broken one of my hearing aids, but Chambers assure me that it was still working and that I should just adjust the sound level my Atom One. He also gave me some excellent advice on choosing the settings on my Atom Pro 2 which helped me greatly. I also bought the protection plan based on his advice. It was a very productive session for me.
