Rex tried to resolve some of the questions that I had regarding my new Ion Pro 2 hearing aids and she did most! I kept on comparing this product with a much loved Lexie pair (1 1/2 yr old ) in which I had recently lost one.

One ear not holding charge

This is my 2nd pair of Atom X. The first pair has been returned and replaced with the pair I have now. Worked good for a while but suddenly the right hearing will not hold a charge. It will make an annoying clicking noise & then stops working.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ear dome issue.

I have trouble getting the ear domes to stay in. Rex told me to open and close my mouth while inserting them. That seems to help a little but they still come out.
