Excellent Session

Haris explained the operation and use of the hearing aids clearly and completely. When I complained about one hearing aid (the left one) not being comfortable he ordered me smaller domes and said that I need to try smaller size. Over all the session was excellent.

Very happy with Atom X!

I've worn the Atom X hearing aids for a month and have found them very easy to use. I've tried two brands of the very expensive hearing aids and in each case, I unfortunately experienced severe migraines. I have had no migraines or even headaches with the Atom X, and I am no longer saying, "What?," to my husband all the time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Features on the Atom X!!

James was excellent in walking me through the steps of rebooting the hearing aids. The left hearing aid was not activating. Thank you for having a great product and great service for support. I have recommended the Atom X to several people. I really enjoy the Blue Tooth feature on this Model.

Atom Pro 2 hearing aids are perfect for my needs.

I only wear my Atom Pro 2 hearing aids when needed for meetings or other gatherings where there might be a lot of background noise. So far, so good. I had a few questions about charging, adjusting the volume and mode, replacement of ear domes, etc. Steve Muhika was very helpful in clarifying things by video conference.

Drey, the Specialist , was very helpful. He understood my concerns and request and didn't waste our time meeting my request. The AtomX was not satisfying in several aspects. I was giving up on your product. However, Drey agreed with my idea...try the upgrade Ion. If that works, great! If not, so beit, I will return them...however, I do want to be a satisfied customer!
Drey, the Specialist, is helping me to achieve that goal.
