Exactly what I need!

I’m hoping these hearing aids are excellent. My first time trying them and today was the first time wearing them. Needed to make a few alterations and hoping with very good instruction from Ahmed, that tomorrow they’ll be good. I was able to hear so much better! So far.. so good!

My wife bought the Ion Pro 2 hearing aids for my Christmas. Since I received them, I found them easy to use. However, I had a few questions that were resolved by the meeting with the audiologist.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Help with return warranty isdue

I am having issues with my new hearing aids and Windave was very helpful in addressing my issues. After going through several troubleshooting steps he decided the set needed to be returned for evaluation. He sent me the return label with instructions on how to go about returning the set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound

The product's sound quality is great. But there is a high pitch sound I am trying to resolve.

Light weight, stayed in ear

The aids were comfortable to wear, this surprised me. If not for disconnect/connect and having to carry my phone everywhere, I probably would have kept. Should not have to carry phone connection everywhere once app is connected.
