I bought Atom X hearing aids a couple of weeks ago and used them for the first time today. Too early to reach any conclusions.

On Boarding meeting

I’m still learning how to use my new hearing aids but I would have given up if I hadn’t had a session with Edlyn, She explained how to best insert and use them while you’re brain is getting used to adapting to them. I’ve started to use her guidance and it’s making a big difference, I think I can finally give these hearing aids a fair trial.

Very good product, unfortunately it did not work for me. Young man on video call was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job.

I had a great session with Myrose who thoroughly explained how to use the atom x. She spoke very clearly and answered all my questions and comments. I found the session very helpful.
