Great features

I received these hearing aides for Christmas and trying to get adjusted to them. I think it will take me a few weeks to learn all that I need to know about doing. The adjustments that are necessary but I feel I will really like them.

Disappointed

I bought this hearing aid because I have mild hearing loss and I thought this would fulfill my needs. I bought them on GMA because of the price.
I was unable to get an appointment until early January. During the appointment I found out that the buds that go in your ear were all too big. Smaller ones were ordered which I had to pay extra for.
I am still waiting for these buds and it is almost a week. I have also gotten emails warning me that my time is running out. I do not appreciate this. I will wait and see if the new buds work. But so far I a not impressed and feel I just might have made a mistake and want to know the process for sending them back, just in case. Diane Rogers

Lost hearing aide

I had lost one hearing aide and David helped me replace the Atom X model at a discounted price, David was excellent--very professional, helpful, friendly , and patient. I would recommend Audien based on his service.

Hazel was great. Friendly and informative. My only issue was not being able to connect so I lost out on some time. My fault and lack of tech experience, I’m sure. But Hazel did an excellent job in the limited time we had.
