Pleasant Visit with Nika of Audien

Purchased the Audien Atom Pro 2about one month ago. I finally had time after the holidays to make and keep my appointment with Nika for instructions on the hearing aids. She was very pleasant and gave very clear and slow instructions for me as I'm 91 and this is a new venture for me as I've never had hearing aids before and really have needed them for awhile. Nika was very patient with me and all instructions and help I needed was very clearly and slowly (as I needed) given to me. I must also report that my daughter was here to assist me and Nika very kindly also answered all the questions she had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too glitchy for me

The hearing aids had feedback and occlusion noises and it made sounds seem like they were in a tunnel. Some sounds were too loud and boomy. Changing the modes and the earpieces made no difference except the T.V. mode. The aids would randomly stop working on one side or the other. The Bluetooth feature did not work sometimes or when it did sometimes only one side would work. Another annoying thing is that the settings on the charging module would randomly change while in my pocket. Sometimes I felt like I could hear better without them. I even tried using the second pair and still had the same issues.
