Not great noise cancelation

While the hearing aids offered some degree of help, I felt they did not provide the clarity I was hoping for. One on one in a relatively quiet environment not bad, however in a crowd did not seem to provide adequate noise cancelation but instead amplified all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do feel that these hearing aids work great and are easy to use. While I am used to behind the ear style I will try these for couple weeks. To see if I like these as much. I am concerned about catching these in my hair and loosing them. Steve told me about the behind the ear styles also available as I was unaware. So far so good!!
