Wonderful Learning Session

EM was delightful to speak to about the Atom X series hearing aids. This is my first set of hearing aids and EM was very helpful in describing how to get the best experience from them. She described how to experiment with different modes, when to adjust volume, how to proceed over the break-in period, and generally how to improve life’s experiences through better hearing. EM also demonstrated how to clean the equipment and to change the wax guard replacement.
I am very pleased with the learning session that I had with EM from Audien Hearing. Thank you very much!

Great Hearing Specialist

I am very impressed with the service provided by Rex Lumayag. The issue that I was having with my left hearing aid is I think better now. I will give it a few days to see - she was very helpful and thoroughly explained the answers to my questions. I was appreciated that I didn’t have to wait long to speak with a specialist and hopefully I can continue on without any problems.

I am just beginning to use the hearing aids, but so far I am very impressed with the quality of the hearing aids. I did so much research prior to purchasing these hearing aids and I will say without a doubt they are a game changer for me.
