Awful features.

I purchased this approximately a month ago and I’m so very sorry that I did. The hearing aids do not fit in the hear canal properly, and the promise made to exchange them (upgrade) them was not kept. So now I am stuck with hearing aids that set in the box and can not be used. I wasted money on hearing aids that are NOT working for me and I’m so very, very, very, sorry I purchased these hearing aids. I will write this same review on Yelp!
