Mohamed was very helpful. He understood that I had gotten myself familiar with some aspects of the hearing aids. He focused on the items I didn’t quite understand. Very helpful and I enjoyed meeting with him.

Received as a gift. wore two days and stopped working. I had a review with Chambers (awesome) and he told me to replace the wax guard, This I did and it was amazing. Ordered more wax guards, I will continue to we are them and provide an another review in a few weeks.

Many good features for Atom X hearing aids.

Alex explained many features that we did not know about our hearing aids. We are still adjusting to them, but are liking them (most of the time) so far.

Love them and Salah was awesome!

wow, these atom 1's I purchased are so comfortable I don't even know I am wearing them. Salah was awesome at explaining everything. These are way better than the over the ear hearing aids from the VA that I received.
