Bad experience with product

My hearing aids have been sent back because of issues warrenty states I might get sent back a reconditioned one I won’t except a used hearing aid. Have someone call me about this

My purchase of the ATOM-X heariny aides.

I purchased an ATOM-X hearing aide about 2 or 3months ago. I really like the feature of adusting them while they are in your ears.This sold me on them. I tried using behind the ear ones, but since wear eye-glasses, they wrere uncomfortable. Then, I saw advertized the atom x and I purched them. They were very comfortable. Around thanksgiving, you had a black Friday special where you buy one, you get a second one free.A good chance to buy some back up ones. Thank you for all the trouble and puttiong up with me. This is one of the better decisons I made. thank you vry much
