The hearing aids did not work for my dad, but as the website noted, they are fully refundable and I spoke with NATHAN who is sending me a label to return them for a full refund. He was very helpful.

No real great features as it is a cheaper model.

I bought this low priced hearing aid to see if it would make a difference. It is and I am happy with it. If it continues as I expect to upgrade to a better model.

Product looked good , easy to use and understand the instructions.Seem like this would work for a lot of people , great price points. however would not stay in 1 ear would loosen up , produce feedback. Send 5 different cone sizes and start with #3 and work it from there, up or down. That would be the recommendation

Unexpected, Informative and Reassuring

Received these two days ago and am enjoying better hearing. The Google Meeting with Chambers was unexpected as well as very informative and reassuring. He went through the function and operation of the hearing aids in a patient, professional manner.
