I bought this product to try and improve my hearing issues. At the same time I visited my doctor and he indicated I should have some medical work done before i attempt other treatments.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I started with Audien in November-it’s January and I still am not wearing hearing aids. The X didn’t work in my ear, go to Ion. Left didn’t turn on. Right didn’t light up. Neither had red/blue ear indicators. Julien was very helpful. I told him to please see that the next pair work. After all I’ve gone through, I will probably not have them working well before my BIG 85th birthday party January 17!! Please consider sending them right away instead of waiting for the return- I will be sending them to you today. Yesterday I received Christmas cards postmarked December 30 - with our mail, I question when I will them.

It already seems like a great idea to have purchased this hearing helper. I will not use it all the time but mostly to listen to television and music. Stephen was most helpful in his presentation. I liked it because it was just the two of us, and it was casual.

Excellent Hearing Aids and support

I had my hearing specialist video with Sara, who was so helpful. I had been wearing my hearing aids for 2 weeks and had some issues that Sara resolved. I need a couple more weeks to get use to them, but so far they are an excellent product. I also am glad to have Sara to contact for any future concerns.
