Great service and follow up

Bought Atom X hearing aids for my mother in November and one has stopped working even though shows charged. Jana helped trouble shoot and once found was a continuing issue helped with replacement. Called back to follow up and ensure we received all information needed.

Atom X Failure

I received my second replacement set of Atom X and experienced the same electronic issues with the buds losing connection with the base and not being able to make the necessary adjustments when needed. Even after reinstalling the buds to the case one or both would lose connection again from the base.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
