First time hearing aid user

Takes some getting used to like all hearing aids. They work really well. You have to make sure you have the right size dome on the post or you get a lot of feedback. I have a hard time getting the domes on the post.

When it works, it’s great!

After I went through the video training for the first time, it seemed to help and answer a lot of questions. But I’m still having problems with it. The feedback is really bad and I was told that it it’s how it fits into my ear so I’m gonna try some other tips or bonnets or whatever they call them. Like it there is one thing I would like more than the information being on the case and that would be on an app in my phone, but evidently this one doesn’t come that way.

Even though the hearing aids that my mother tried weren't strong enough for her, I would give Munna 5 stars. He was very helpful and gave options and helped me understand the differences between them. Even though they didn't work for her I would still recommend them for someone else who has milder hearing loss. The idea of being able to not have to connect it to a phone and just have the buttons was a very nice feature and also that they had the blue light to clean them which is a bonus.
