Muhammad Ali has been a great help in assisting me trade up our Atom X's to an Ion Pro 2. For various reasons the Atom X's didn't work for us, and he patiently reviewed my concerns with me.

I was unable to connect with my orientation session because of a typo; Ranim was unable to get me a link in time to make that meeting, but was very helpful setting up a new meeting

Have it for about 2 weeks and so far really love it! Think my granddaughter loves it even more, she doesn't have to repeat her self 5 times!

Rex is truly a fabulous teacher

Rex is the second audio specialist helper I have talked with , and she is truly amazing. She really knows the Audien product, and is personable and patient. She taught me so much about how to master my hearing aids in the time allotted. Her voice is clear and she is attractive. I have more questions for her. I want more time with her. I felt as though she could hold my hand, and walk me easily down the Hearing Aid learning path.
I would recommend this to a friend!
