Hopefully they work

The gentleman I spoke to was pleasant and extremely patient and made every effort to help me resolve my problem. I appreciated his approach to helping me. I have taken his advice and hopefully it will solve my problem. He was honest with me and said if I wasn’t satisfied with the new hearing aids he was sending me that the 45 day trial was now in existence, he would be sending me two return labels. I appreciated his honesty . If I felt that this solution then I could return them. Today it is a rarity the way this gentleman acted. You should be proud of him.

Fair for OTC and the price is great

The Hearing specialist did a great job. I especially like the Closed Caption feature as the reason I am considering hearing aids is the higher frequencies are difficult. Ironically She is in that range. I will be returning these two sets for a full refund as my insurance carrier provides in network hearing services.

I purchased Audien Atom X hearing aids. After trying them for a while i decided just not a right fit for me. I spoke to Jasmine about returning and she was very friendly and helpful.

Returned: No Bass Response

The product helped a little, but unit has no bass response under 250 Hz. The result is a very tinny sound when talking to others. This is really a problem when streaming. I probably could have lived with it if the low end sound quality was there. (The right HA unit also would not stay connected to the case even if I left it sitting next to the case, even with a full charge.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
