Great features and price

I’ve worn behind the ears hearing aids for the last five years and never could get used to them fighting for space with my glasses on. I saw the Atom X online and said I’ve got to try these. And I love them with all of there features at a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend anyone needing hearings aids to give these a look.

Great start, but ...

I was very happy at the beginning, but had one of the buds damaged early on. I had the protection plan in place, and got a replacement unit, but the quality of the replacement unit was far inferior to the original. I suspected the replacement may have been refurbished equipment from a much earlier production lot, The difference in quality was enough to make me consider discontinuing the use of the hearing aids.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got the Atom pro-2 for Christmas.. I scheduled the appointment and didn't try them out until then. Enya was extremely helpful running me through the basics. I enjoyed the session.
