Upgraded to Atom X after using an Atom 1. I was so pleased with the performance but saw the new features of the X and decided to switch. I can't wait for it to arrive!

Loren was so helpful. She is very patient and kind. I love the atom x hearing aids but they wouldn’t stay in my ears so I’m exchanging them for atom pro 2. And hopefully they will work ok. If they stay in my ears and I can actually hear I’ll love them too. Thanks again Loren. Enjoyed talking to you.

Fumbled my Case

I only had the hearing aids a couple days when I dropped the case. I was scheduled for my 1to1 appointment this morning. After answering my questions, Arnel Dy said she would check about replacing the case. This evening she contacted me and explained the process necessary. I will be receiving another set of hearing aids and case for a nominal fee. I appreciated her quick follow-up and taking care of my dilemma. Many thanks.
