I ordered about 2 weeks ago and was having trouble with them staying in, but as far as hearing better this product was a huge improvement!!! I did the video instruction with Anthony and he was able to remedy my problem with a different type of aide for smaller ear canal. I believe this is a respectful and honest company to deal with if you are in need of better hearing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Inside ear with quick adaptation

I've had my Atom Pro2 for almost 3 weeks and, Samantha was able to walk me through the process of selecting the proper tip (Cone, Bulb; large, medium or small). She was very proficient and capable, while retaining a sense of humor and care. Thank you!😁

I purchased for my husband-1st time hearing aid user- and he did not like the large size and that he could hear his voice louder than anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
