When I received this product it was in great shape and it seems to work. The ear pieces were to large for me that's why I returned it. I'm sure that the fitting were ok I would of keep the earpieces.
May a smaller size would work better for people like me.

I bought my husband’s hearing aides and he accidentally dropped them in the commode. Fortunately I purchased the protection plan. Rana was so patient and helpful in spite of technical computer problems. She was so sweet!

The Atom X hesting aids are very easy to operate.

My mom has been having a difficult time hearing. We purchased the Audien Atom X hearing aids. She can now hear clearer and join in conversations. Eyna assisted us in an online video appointment. She answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. There were no hard sells pitches either. So far we are very satisfied with the hearing aids. Thank you Audien.

It took me a long time to go down the road of hearing aids. I was impressed with the Audi Atom, because of its many features. I am in the process of adjusting to hearing aids, but feel they will become more comfortable as the weeks progress. So far I am pleased with the product.
