Appreciate the design of the Atom X with the Bluetooth capability, settings on the case, while still being so small with the in-ear hidden type.

I had bought the audien atom Pro 2 hearing aids for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately, he was not interested in using them at this time and asked me to return them. I was nervous as I thought it would be an extreme hassle. I spoke with Steve on video chat and he was very helpful and set everything up for me so that I could return them easily. No hassle at all and Steve was very nice and very helpful. I will certainly go to them again when my husband or I are ready to purchase hearing aids.

I'm very happy with the Atom X. It is adaptive to my needs and powerful enough to make a real difference in my daily interactions. I chose the Atom x because it syncs to its case and not my phone, reducing my dependency on my phone. The case is smaller and easier to carry in my pocket. In general, I am happy with my purchase of this product.
