Seem easy to use.

I bought them a month ago as a Christmas gift for my dad. He put them in for the first time today and the TV is already at a much lower valve.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing behavior of new Atom X hearing aids

Four weeks into a new pair of Atom X hearing aids, and the volume, mode, and Bluetooth features on the charging device stopped working. A phone call with Audien on 12/26/2025 could not provide a solution. I have to wait 2 weeks to talk with a specialist. Fortunately, I can still charge my hearing aids, but the volume and mode features need to be changed manually, rather than with the touch screen on the charging device. I am concerned about the device's reliability going forward.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This review is about Steve. Steve Muhika helped by explaining things that were not obvious from the lite-duty instructions that came with the product. Like orienting the earpiece properly when inserting.
