I received these on Dec. 20. Promptly removed prior hearing aids and started using these. These are incredible. Absolutely no issues with any hearing mode setting. I really enjoy being able to take the control monitor with me. The best feature I like is the Bluetooth connection. It is very clear. I am so glad I purchased these. If you need hearing aids, please, please consider purchasing these. My onboarding tech, BE, was very clear, explained features going through the Usage Manual.
