I bought this on 12/10/25. I just got the chance to open Atom Pro 2 and waiting on Atom One. So far Atom Pro 2 works well but still needs time to adjust to hearing aid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features and simple to use

Marwan provided a clear presentation on how to use the Atom X hearing aids and was able to clearly answer our questions. He was very friendly and when the audio didn't work on the Google meet video call he called me on my mobile.
My mum started using the Atom X hearing aids yesterday and despite her initial hesitancy she is already seeing the benefits.

Jeff Zuniga tried to help me on a set-up appointment 12/23/2025 at 11:30 to 11:35 AM : we ended our allotted time with questions. I called back later and received help from Mahmoud Samir and decided we needed to send my AdomX back for a factory 'reset' or an exchange.

Love the control features visable on the case

I had a video call with Janrey anout feedback on my mom's hearing aid. Janrey was very polite, listened to my concerns and made some very good suggestions. I changed out the tips to the larger ones and the feedback is gone. Thank you Janrey! You are the best!
I bought the Atom X for my 95 year old mother, hoping that by her being able to see and control the volume and mode features on the case will be easier for her to do. When she has uses the hearing aids, I have noticed she seems to be more engaged in our conversations. That makes me happy, because I know she can hear me. She's a little flustered with trying to learn how the case controls features work, but with more practice, I'm sure she'll find it easier to operate.

Hoping for better

I've had these for a little over a week. I have experienced some trouble with one of them stopped working. Having some trouble with random static. The ear tips are a little big. They aren't comfortable for me.
