I have already filled out a summary of my help from Jenny and I said that she was extremely helpful and clear about what to do going forward.
However, after the good service by Jenny, I received a confusing email, enumerating charges that did not, I hope, apply to my transaction with Jenny.

Noticeable improvement in hearing

The Atom X has several great adjustment features that help hearing in different environments and situations with the ability to modify the settings remotely. Conversations in crowded environments are especially challenging for me and there is notable improvement with the Atom X.

Great service but unable to adapt at age 90

I bought IonPro2 on Black Friday for my 90 year-old mother. All service, including the on-boarding video consultation were excellent. Unfortunately, at age 90 and with memory issues, my mother is just not able to utilize hearing aids. Therefore, I will be returning the hearing aids.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I needed to return the atoms x Steven who I spoke to was very help full in getting my return label .and was vey kind and understanding y reason for return. My 98 year old mother didn’t want them to much technology for her
