I am 3 weeks in with Atom X, my first experience with hearing aids. I waited awhile before setting up an appointment with the hearing specialist, Marwan. I viewed the tutorial and read all the literature that accompanied the device. I was frustrated with "hearing too much too loudly" that I did not wear them consistently. Marwan was so understanding. I learned how to use the various modes more effectively and which volume level to use. He stressed the importance of putting in an earnest effort and wearing daily. We will communicate again in one week. Excellent service.
