This was the second set of hearing aids. I returned the first set as it did not meet my needs. The Atom X is what I was looking for. The case is easy to use and changing screens is not difficult.

Excellent operator support

I needed to get a return label for my recent purchase, and the phone support operator was excellent. I wanted to surprise my wife w/these hearing aids; however, she did not want to wear them. This was not because of anything necessarily wrong w/your hearing aids. She just does not want to wear hearing aids at all. I was not able to change her mind. Hopefully, sometime down the road, she will understand they will help her and not interfere w/the way she looks. As a result of all this, the operator was able to provide me w/a return label w/out requiring me to have a consultation w/one of the hearing specialists (first available appointment was not until JAN 2026). This saved me a lot of anticipated aggravation.
