Great Overview Meeting

Great product and great company

I purchased these hearing aids about 3 - 4 months ago and there was no problem with the hearing aids. But the dome in the right ear was too big and then the right ear aid fell out and I wasn’t able to find it. I called Audien and spoke to Jen. Since I had the protection plan, she immediately sent me a new pair, and smaller domes to help keep them from falling out of my ear. They may also help to reduce a problem with feedback that I was having. Great product, great support, and a great company.
