Worth while app't with hearing specialist

Ahmed Ali was the hearing specialist I spoke with. He listened, was understanding and made a suggestion of a different hearing aid. He thinks it will help me hear better than the Atom 2. I haven't received it yet, but I hope he's right!

No More Screeching!

I bought these hearing aids several months ago but haven’t worn them much because of problems with screeching. I had a video call with Ahmad this morning. He was very patient and helpful. I learned so much about how to correctly use the Audien hearing aids! I feel very positive that he has solved the problem of screeching.
I would recommend this to a friend!
