SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I gave these hearing aids (Atom X) a 2 week trial. They had so very much feedback, and would often alternate between the right ear and left ear. I had set up an appointment for a Specialist to go over the setup and usage ability. The first Specialist cancelled. I set up a second appointment with a different Specialist. He never showed up. I don't need the headache, at my age! Returning them, after fighting my way through their "support" on the website. I'm amazed I have to pay for the return!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

worked but ear would not allow to fit/stay ear

Purchased as trial in late November. Tried them worked fine but my ear canal would NOT allow them to stay in... You were notified of that fact and I have requested a return label for returning them within the 45 day time limit
Difficulty is to be able to return them per agreement. Keep having computer specialists or no call back label .... tried 4 times so far WITHOUT SUCCESS.

Simple and comfortable

I purchased this product a month or so ago. I was in a training with Jasmine this morning and she was very informative. I was reluctant to open the package prior to today, but after communicating with Jasmine I was very comfortable.

I can hear

Atom X. I have tried other hearing aids that I found online and these are the best. I can definitely hear the difference. I am able to hear different conversations at a crowded table and my TV is turned down 30 notches. Very easy to use the case to change between different modes and sound levels and they are affordable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
