Salah Kamell, our hearing specialist, was very helpful in explaining the best way to use Audien products and why a different hearing aid would be more useful. He was also friendly and showed concern for our needs.

Ease of use with case control

Roy was very patient explaining all the steps to take with my Atom X.
I was finally able to insert properly after Roy showed me the correct way to proceed.
He had me use a medium earbud in my left ear with a small in my right.

Great hearing aids

Had them for 3 weeks. Takes a little to get use to. Have to adjust volume alot cause case is in pocket alot and units volume gets louder.

Roy went over each feature & explained how to use. He advised to try a bigger dome which seems to be really helping.

I received my Audien on November 25 and I appreciate the professional process. Unfortunately, I need to return them as I face surgery soon. I OPT OUT OF FUTURE EMAILS/TEXTS.
