Unfortunately, the person who was the intended recipient of my order, would not accept them. Being too late to cancel the order, they were delivered and then had to be returned. The process was handled quickly, and I was able to get it underway easily.

I am sad to say the Atom X fell short of my expectations. Your representatrive, Badr did improve my initial use but still the product did not improve my situation.

Life Changer!

I just received the Atom X and put them in for the first time. So far I am very impressed with how much better I can hear. Love having the adjustments on the case as it makes things so much easier. So looking forward to the benefits Atom X will provide in improving my daily life.

Corrects hearing, but unreliable case connections

I bought these hearing aids on the 24th of November and received them on the 1st of December. First on a positive note I have to give Audie and hearing credit for the fact that these hearing aids when they're working well perform at a level that they have been advertised as. They do correct the hearing problems that I have. It is a low-cost method of providing quality hearing aids that do a good job of helping me to hear better. But, there appear to be quality problems in the card activity did the case, the battery life, and the ability of the hearing aids to remain connected to the case. Within 3 days of receiving them I started having difficulties with one of the hearing aids not holding a charge for more than about 3 or 4 hours. I have specifically avoided using the Bluetooth because I feared that that might drain the batteries too quickly. Additionally, the hearing aids started losing connectivity to the case which is how you're supposed to control the mode and the volume of the hearing aids. I know there is a manual method of doing it and I know that manual method is but the whole idea behind the case was ease of adjusting the various settings for thus making it easier to adjust their settings. This will be my last attempt with audien I have had two sets of different hearing aids and have had quality problems with both of them.
