I've had a previous otc hearing aid which was totally useles. This Audien Atom X is incredibly easy to begin use and is very comfortable in my ears and guess what- the hearing aid works!!!! I'm very happy. I had an online tutorial today which was wonderful
I would recommend this to a friend!

Robin was very very helpful and explaining the new atom X and I am going to give it a try. I hope it works well in crowds. As that was my main complaint, the atom pro two. Robin did a great job.

The Atom X is simply brilliant! I have previously owned other hearing aids, including from Audien. None are nearly as superb as the Atom X. It fits, works and adjusts like nothing else.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Chambers did a great job. He was friendly, fast and efficient. Regarding the product... I do have some issues with the volume and mode controls. I can't quite figure out how to operate the button that controls the volume and mode.
